Flash News -America

Europe is facing a revolt of the citizens against the re-imposed vaccine rules.

The most suffocated people in this world today are the European though they may not accept it. In the beginning, the European Union miserably failed to meet their dream and ambition of its founding fathers. Besides, the disappointed Britain chose the Brexit route, breaking one of the main pillars of the EU and left the arena in a hurry and fought its own troubles all alone now.
By the time the Chinese-sponsored coronavirus arrived in the EU region, and the pandemic was an unexpected jolt on the already suffocated euro-nations after the slow down of their manufacturing sector. Manufacturing supported by steam, something before the World War -2 and the next decade of the post-world war they depended on to create wealth.
The arrival of Chinese products and their cheap labor forced many industries to desert Europe and America to migrate to save their business and margin. Thinning margin and rising cost of promotion, besides arrival of the low-cost products from the third world courtiers, which are not less than in quality, created a hole in the pockets of the European consumers. Besides, the products from the third world countries got a market due to the cost being attractive.
That is the time the war of words and sanctions provoked China to do something. At least the world believes the Covid-19 was a baby of a Chinese biological laboratory in Wuhan.
The frequent attack after the first wave of the pandemic already enraged the Europeans without finding an exit for the pandemic local down, financial crisis, rising energy price and incoming winter something unbearable in Europe and North America, all banged on the head of the already overburdened citizens in the EU nations.
They came out in thousands when the authorities decided to make the passport mandatory to enter the public premises and offices.
The cost of the vaccine on one side and the lock down related to the financial crisis and cold weather already turned people violent. They came out and fought against all the lock-down rules re-imposed on them lately.
Though the forces are in the street to control the riot, the public is angry, and the expected violence can create more trouble in the coming months in the EU.

New dangerous Covid-19, a variant in African worries the world community.

The travel bans and the quarantine all didn't play an effective role in spreading of the covid-19. Now the new variant is reportedly spreading in the African region, which becomes a matter of concern as they would multiply faster and spread faster than its processors.

Although the world has learnt to live with the pandemic, the selection of the new regions by the pandemic where medical facilities are lesser, and people that suffer from hunger and have weak immune system in the African region due to tribal war are worrying.

From Yellow fever to Ebola to AIDS all opened its stage in the African soils.

The reason for this is suspected to be the immunity system and difference in DNA of the Africans may be finding it difficult to defend the body from being attacked by strange virus strains. So long as the world was fighting this epidemic, our worry about the consequences of the frequent appearance of pandemic in different parts of the world may be a matter of concern.

But, here the question is: does someone deliver or drop these viruses in different parts of the world on a random basis to keep the world on the edge of the sword fighting for the survival of humanity? None can answer this question unless we have some evidence of its origin and spreading and the way of its growth to different parts of the world.

One thing is very clear that these viruses need to have a host to travel, and from a short distance it can travel to another body by air. The world has to wait for some time to get an effective solution and answer many questions in front of the world today.

Remote work is becoming a culture!

The COVID days are about to be over. The latest trend in work culture is working from home. It gives work-life balance for the employees, and many of them still prefer to work from home, as they believe they can meet the deadline and save travel time. Many men even want more time with their families, while yesterday's father now becomes the real dad when he is around his kids and a good husband is with their wife spending more time with her. Even then, he is able to fulfill his commitment on a day-to-day basis to his office and his jobs.

What is next, after the COVID-19 lockdown?

When given a chance, most employees still prefer to work from home. Because it has become a habit of working from home for more than two years now, many of them still believe they can fulfill the quality and deliver the service on time while working from home. It is a fact that many jobs are not easily fulfilled from home or completely by a remote work style, yet the employees believe their work-life balance is more important than earlier. First of all, no one knows who will be alive tomorrow, and people became more caring and giving about being hit by COVID, which opened their eyes to the reality, simplicity, and uncertainty that prevail in real life. Everyone wants to give more time to their family and maintain a work-life balance rather than just chasing their career and dreams. Good days are ahead. Bonding is becoming stronger than ever before!!!
